"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. The hotel was in poor condition overall, and one of the biggest issues was the air conditioning. The AC unit was clearly outdated and not working at all, which made the room extremely uncomfortable.
I went to the front desk to ask if something could be done, such as switching rooms, but I was told that all rooms have the same type of AC. The only options they offered were a fan which they couldn’t even bring to my room due to lack of...

"The hotel was great! The location is prime, 2-min walk from Magnificent Mile and incredibly close to Starbucks Reserve and Harry Potter store. My only complaint would be the lack of soundproofing on the windows. The view from my room was non-existent (to the side alley and building) but the sounds of the city were very loud. Walls are also paper-thin, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, would consider staying again."
