She wasn’t aware that we were in town for a funeral and was under a little stress, (even though it was was Valentine’s Day), When I addressed a situation, instead of brushing me off, she jumped quickly to find a solution. Her hospitality impressed me. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. "
