    Experience pure alpine enchantment at our Beaver Creek condo. Your days will be filled with adventure, from world-class skiing to scenic hikes and relaxing rounds of golf. Evenings are equally magical, with charming village strolls and gourmet dining.



    The Space:

    Welcome to a little slice of mountain paradise right here in Beaver Creek! This charming retreat embodies the essence of alpine living, offering an array of comforts and conveniences that ensure a delightful stay.



    With two inviting bedrooms, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a generously sized en suite bathroom complete with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, promising a peaceful night's rest.

    (Please note - The soaking tub in the primary bathroom is currently out-of-order and we currently do not have a timeline on the repair.)



    The main living area is the heart of this retreat, where a wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere to your evenings. This space also hosts a unique common area bunk bed arrangement featuring a full and a twin bed and a full-sized Murphy bed, making it a fantastic spot for families or groups. Additionally, you'll find a second full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities. The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for any aspiring chef, and there's a spacious dining area with ample seating options. The condo boasts two convenient garage parking spaces, ensuring your vehicles are safely tucked away.



    What truly sets this condo apart is its enviable location, seamlessly connected to Beaver Creek Village and steps away from an array of delightful restaurants and shops. It's a true ski-in/ski-out paradise; walk down the hallway and straight to the Centennial Chairlift. Whether you're a skiing enthusiast or simply seeking a charming mountain escape, this condo promises a memorable stay for the whole group.

    Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

    • It is imperative that you return the key to the same lockbox you retrieved it from before leaving. A $150 fee will be incurred for each lost key.

Great Location but would benefit from better processes.

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay with reasonable accommodations. I found the following challenging: 1) one key. When you need it to also use the elevator, it means you must always be in a group. That was inconvenient and cumbersome. 2) 1 hand towel. We requested more but never received them. A 1 hand-towel policy at this resort is absurd. 3) lights & batteries (i.e. for the tv remote) went out during our occupancy. The schedule for changing those items should be revisited. 4) The arrival process. There was no prior indication that we would only receive entry information on the day of arrival (any other provider who works in that manner let us know that process in advance). We therefore expected there to be a check-in desk (which is sometimes the case). Instead, we spent an hour trying to find the location (which was not earlier provided and could not be discerned without an address because of its placement in the middle of Beaver Creek). We ultimately found the directions, with your help, in our spam folder, but it is much easier to explain the process in advance.
