"We’ve been coming to Avon 10+ years and staying mainly at the Westin. This is a new property next door to the Westin and is outstanding. The condo is new and was perfect for the two of us to stay 4 nights. Access to the Westin is a plus, but we mainly used the pool at this condo. The underground parking is a benefit as it’s convenient and easy. The communication with the owner was great and we look forward to returning to her condo. This has everything needed for a relaxing vacation."

"The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 ski trip to Beaver Creek and the location was fantastic. It took us a minute to figure out the best runs back to the house but this is a true ski in/ski out... the lift is literally right behind the building. "We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!"

"Our check in was smooth and easy. Our host was amazing. The place was nice and cozy. The small and simple touch he added to the place makes it even more special. Everything was perfect. We will stay here again. My son didn’t care for the sheets. He said it wasn’t nice and soft like he had at home. (Hahaha). Highly recommended this place."

"I really like the location of this condo. Very easy to get to slopes. Also the sauna and hot tubs are a BIG plus after a hard day of skiing. The unit we had this trip was very comfortable and clean....made for another FANTASTIC ski vacation."

"Matt and Courtney’s condo is stunning and very well appointed. You feel very much at home with everything you need is readily available. Comfortable beds were very cozy and the views are amazing. We had an excellent stay and will definitely come back while visiting the area. Highly recommend!"

"The condo was very conveniently located, right next to I-70 (although the traffic can be a bit loud), making it easy to visit a lot of nearby sites such as Glennwood Springs, Leadville, and Frisco. "This is an older condo that has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The unit is ground level so there is some noise on the stairs outside but it was minimal. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the secondary entrance to Beaver Creek. Svetlana was very friendly and super helpful."

"Quiet neighborhood well worth the money. Blake’s place was clean, cozy, and comfortable for my larger family. Location is near a tee box on the golf course and was pleasing to watch others swing their luck. Prior to booking I was worried about the water heater due to previous reviews but worked flawlessly with 3 people taking showers at the same time. On our next trip to Eagle-Vail I plan on staying with Blake again! Thanks!"

"Our teenage son was a patient at the Steadman - Philippon Research Institute in nearby Vail. We needed a place to stay that was close to the clinic because he had to be transported to the clinic for physical therapy twice a day for several days after hip surgery. This property was perfect for our needs. This condo is located next to the elevator, so it was easy for him to navigate to and from the car on crutches. "This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). The house is a little compartmentalized, but has a nice cozy kitchen (where we spent most of the time socializing) and a HUGE dining table where we had dinner when some friends and their kids came over. We went during ski season, and the Beaver Creek shuttle comes right to the base of the driveway-very simple (just need to download the app and enter the pick up and drop off-it was super convenient).
