The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! "We love visiting Pawhuska, and the Osage Casino and Hotel was a great spot to stay! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully taken care of. The staff was excellent, the food at The Big Spoon was very good and the bartender Aaron was super friendly and helpful! My one hangup is as a non-smoker--the restaurant is part of an open concept with the bar and casino. I'm not a fan of eating with people smoking next to me, and I wish the restaurant was separated from casino smoking. Other...

"The room was semi clean. Staff wasn't great but didn't cuss at us like the other motel in town. Still won't stay here again... On the cool side....they had actual keys..not a key card. Felt very retro."
