The apartment’s relaxed pace lets you experience the city’s rhythm without the rush, giving you space to recharge and enjoy every moment.



Sleeping arrangements

- Three private bedrooms each hold a queen bed, providing comfortable, private retreats.

- A fourth bedroom features a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

- The living area includes a queen‑size sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available for larger groups. Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.



Living space & work

The open‑concept layout blends the living area and kitchen, anchored by a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen‑size sleeper. Large windows let natural light pour in, and direct patio access extends the space outdoors. A dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection supports remote work or streaming, while central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable throughout Austin’s mild winter.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen offers everything needed for everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook provides a casual spot for coffee, meals, or planning the day ahead. The layout keeps the kitchen close to the living area, making it easy to share moments while preparing food.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step onto the private patio or balcony for a quiet moment, or join other guests at the shared outdoor pool, which is open year‑round during posted hours. A shared hot tub and a nearby shared gym add options for relaxation and fitness. Families will appreciate the outdoor playground, and the backyard offers additional open space to unwind.



Parking & access

A private entrance and self‑check‑in via smart lock give you independence upon arrival. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available, and the single‑level layout means no stairs to navigate.

Pets are welcome, making it easy to travel with your furry companions. The space accommodates short or long‑term stays, and standard safety features such as exterior security cameras and a noise monitor help maintain a peaceful environment.



Neighborhood

East Riverside provides a residential, peaceful setting with green spaces nearby, while downtown Austin, the University of Texas, and the airport are all within easy reach. Live music, dining, and cultural attractions are just a short drive away, allowing you to return each night to a quieter home base where you can truly relax.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
