Welcome to Sundown Escape! Located on 5 roaming acres with hundreds of trees, this spacious and one-of-kind house has it all: a fabulous pool, hot tub, fire pit, a wet-water creek, sunsets galore, and even a Tiki Bar & game room. You’ll have plenty of space to spread out indoors and out, with so many ways to enjoy yourself you may never want to leave! Professionally designed with gorgeous, 100 year old reclaimed wood finishes, furnishings recovered from a historic farm house, and custom hand-painted tile touches, this house’s eclectic, high-end styling has something for everyone. Check out the wineries, brew pubs, distilleries, and boutiques. Or travel a quick 15-20 minutes to Hamilton Pool Preserve, and Reimers Ranch Park, where you can rock climb, or take on the mountain biking trails. Plus, you’re less than a half hour from Downtown Austin. Then, at the end of your day, fall into beds with luxurious, custom mattresses adorned with 680 thread-count sheets .

Beautiful and clean home. Enough spaces and activities for all ages. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best part was any queries or text messages were promptly replied. We all highly recommend this house and location. Very peaceful area.

Over all a good stay. Beautiful home with a beautiful view. upon arrival we tried to turn on the hot tub so it was ready for the afternoon. well the hot tub ended up draining so i called the help number. it’s only took 2 hours for help to arrive and they fixed it within a few minutes and the tub was filled and very hot within the hour! I will say the house could haven been a little cleaner. The tiles in the bathroom didn’t look very clean and the ice maker in the kitchen had mold in it. In the contract is says you can use any outside amenities past 10pm which i’ve never heard of while using a rental. we called and they said it was okay to use past 10pmwe had family and friends staying all together and we ended up playing games on the back deck. We weren’t too loud and around 10:30 we got a message saying we got a noise complaint and then had to come back inside the house. it’s a decent size property so i’m not sure how any neighbor could or would have been able to hear. there were cameras at the house so they could have been watching and didn’t like that there was a speaker playing and people playing cup games and swimming. sad.

Beautiful group focused home in hill country

Our group of 19 had a great stay here, we came as a work group. Super east check in and check out, plenty of parking, & great communication with the host. The hot tub was great and quickly heats up, pool a little smaller than the photos but the whole pool was standing height which was perfect! Inside and outside its a great house for a group!

A cleaning crew member had a medical emergency which caused a delay in our check-in. The staff at Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals were amazing at tackling this last minute glitch. The communication was also great. We had a large group from out of town and IT WAS HOT outside!!! They took good care of us.

Amazing for big groups

Upon arrival I received a small gift from the property manager! They were quick with responding. The pool was cloudy at our arrival but it was immediately taken care of the following morning after I had contacted the property manager. Overall, our stay was amazing with a group of 20 people!

Perfect weekend get together with friends and family!

This property had ample space and all the amenities for us to have our annual friends and family get together! Everyone in the group agrees that this was our favorite property in the 5 years that we’ve been doing our trips. The property management team were even kind enough to send us delicious Tiff’s Treat to start off our stay. Perfect weekend and would absolutely come back again!

Wonderful accommodations for large group of friends

I stayed at this property with a group of 20+ friends and we have an excellent stay. The house was clean and well-kept, communication with the manager was seamless, and check-in/check-out process was easy and straightforward. We felt comfortable and taken care of during the entire 4 day/3 night stay. The house is in a fairly secluded area about 30-40 min from downtown Austin so just keep that in mind.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The bedrooms were spacious and had bug enough beds for guests to have their own or comfortably share. The location was perfect for us because it was a little more private but still close enough for us to easily get Ubers to lake Travis, downtown and the airport. Amazing stay and would definitely book again!

We had family and all the groomsmen for the wedding stay here. Plenty of privacy when needed but slid awesome spaces to congregate and celebrate! Communication was fast and easy With property management. Gorgeous decor!

Wonderful escape !

Great space with enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group of family with friends. There’s plenty for the kids to do with a great pool/hot tub, game room and exploring on the property.
