I gathered my sales team for two days of meetings. There was plenty of common space, both inside and out, where we could meet, as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own private space. The location next to Zilker Park was a plus as well as we could take walks on breaks etc. The property mgt contact was very helpful and easy to work with. I recommend this property without reservation.

My group of 11 friends absolutely loved staying at the Glass Tree House! The home quickly became an important character in our long story of friendship, and I know we will be talking about it and our time in Austin for many years to come. Lisa thought of every single detail to make our stay both comfortable and memorable, from how beautifully both levels of the home are constructed, appointed, and cared for (she has not missed one detail!) to the super-helpful, conscientious, and friendly way she approaches every interaction, to all of the fantastic information she provides about things to do in the area (there are so many and within walking distance!). Our group takes a yearly trip together - this was our 9th - and we all agreed that we have not stayed in a more beautiful home or worked with a nicer person thus far. If I could give additional stars, I would. Readers of this review, don't hesitate to rent this home! Thank you again Lisa, for all the amazing memories you helped us to create!!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this property in Austin, Texas. The property was immaculate—very spacious and sparkling clean. The host was outstanding, providing exceptional communication and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I can’t say enough about how great our experience was and how impressed the entire group was with the property. The location may have been the best part of the stay. It was very close to Barton Springs and provided easy access to downtown Austin and all the places we needed to visit. If you’re coming to Austin, do not stay anywhere else. This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

We rented the whole house for my sisters girls get-away weekend. The home is absolutely fantastic. It is so close to dining and restaurants, yet nestled in a lovely neighborhood, you feel like you’re “away” from all of the hustle and bustle. Additionally, the home is across the street from a wonderful park. Lisa, the owner of the property, is probably one of the most fantastic homeowners I have ever rented from. She is super sweet and super responsive. She accommodated every request I had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. This was such a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

I rented both units and it was FANTASTIC. The space was perfect for a big group, adorably decorated, with beautiful outdoor spaces, lots of natural light, well equipped and comfy beds. Every one of my guests was so impressed by the home. It was also very clean and it the BEST location - close to everything! I could not have found a better location for my birthday weekend. Lisa was also super helpful and responsive.

We rented both levels of this house (separate entrances) for a birthday weekend with 6 couples. The place feels like a treehouse, with big deck and patio, lovely water feature, and Zilker Park across the road. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and Lisa has done a beautiful job of decorating and creating communal spaces.

With a group gathering for F1 consisting of 3 families with various ages and combinations of couples and singles we needed the flexibility of lots of room/bed combinations. This place provided! Additionally, there were plenty of bathrooms, tableware, seating for everyone. The patio/porches on both upper and lower levels were beautiful, tranquil places to hang out. The extra decorating touches throughout both levels made the place extra special. The host accommodated our varied arrival times by allowing us to check in early and check out late!

Stayed here for my bachelor party of 12 and it did not disappoint. It is a beautiful place in a great location. Lisa (the host) was attentive and wonderful to work with. Everyone of my friends was impressed and commented on how nice it was. We often found ourselves coming back from the daily activities and just sitting in the upstairs living room, enjoying the view. You really can't go wrong here.

The location is unbeatable as described. Easy walk to Barton Springs and Umlauf Sculpture Garden. We had a group of 12 for a family celebration and enjoyed the flexible spaces that allow for both privacy and gathering. Outdoor spaces on both levels. The kitchens are well stocked. Hills between units and going down to street level might be challenging for elderly people. The owner, Lisa, is friendly and communicative. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the rental provides only one bath towel per occupant, no pool or beach towels. If you want to take advantage of local water activities, you may end up washing a lot of towels! Everything else was excellent! Highly recommended.

Great location, great style, great owner big view and porches. Places like this are the definition of how great vacation rentals can be. Don’t hesitate to book this home - it’s everything that you want in an accommodation.

Lisa was a wonderful host. She was very communicative and accommodating. Her property was the perfect spot for my large family to stay and gather during my wedding weekend. The house is gorgeous, the location is unbeatable and she had everything we needed. I can’t recommend staying here enough!
