The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the windows as the city eases into the day, and the apartment feels calm and grounded—a comfortable place to reset after exploring Austin’s energy. Evenings invite you to stretch out on the sofa, sip a drink on the patio, and enjoy a quiet night in before the next day’s plans. The open‑concept layout blends living, dining, and work spaces, giving you room to unwind while staying close to everything that makes the city feel alive.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms provide flexible rest options for up to eleven guests. Three bedrooms each hold a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers, and storage. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quieter downtime. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living room adds another sleeping surface, and a queen air mattress can be set up if extra space is needed. Room‑darkening shades help create restful nights.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Step out onto the private patio for a breath of fresh air, then wander to the shared backyard area. The shared heated pool and hot tub are open year‑round during set hours, with pool toys and a water slide for extra fun. An outdoor playground offers space for kids to burn off energy, and a nearby shared gym complements the in‑unit exercise equipment. All shared amenities are provided as‑is; the host cannot guarantee availability if maintenance occurs.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and all essentials for everyday meals or longer stays. This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
