A lovely, fully, and tastefully furnished luxury condo located on the Island on Lake Travis - a luxurious, serene, Mediterranean-like breathtaking island villa. Get ready to be refreshed! Enjoy access to golf courses, lake/marina, biking/hiking trails, pool, sauna, parks, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $50/night.

NOTE:
You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

Also, not that pictures may not reflect most current lake levels considering adverse weather conditions.

Great little condo, nice, cozy and welcoming. Host was great and gave easy to follow details on how to find parking spot and location of condo. I was in town for my son’s basketball tournament and this was a good little getaway spot. Onsite restaurant was good too.

The unit was clean and comfortable for two. Checkin instructions were lengthy but very helpful. Responses to messages were timely. It wasn’t warm enough to use the outside pool but it looked very inviting. If you plan to use the pool or the beach. Bring your own beach towels. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay

It was very quiet, the pool was wonderful and the view of the Colorado River from the pool area was amazing. It is a long way to get to anything, so if you are staying here to go to Austin, be prepared for a good hour drive. It is 30-45 minutes from anything. Lowe's market was a good place for wine, groceries and it was about 10 minutes away. The restaurant at the villa was not open at all while we were there, so there is NO on-site dining or bar because of the times/days we stayed. There was a really good place about 10 minutes away that had good food and a bar. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great. Very good water pressure in the shower and the kitchen had coffee, no tea, a few spices and plenty of glasses, plastic cups etc. I had trouble with the lock the first time we left, but the owner messaged me back within 5 minutes. Don't turn the inside bottom lock.... Overall, it was a fantastic mom/daughter trip!

Quiet & clean

We really enjoyed staying here for quick get away as husband and wife. The property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. We took advantage of the workout facilities, the pools, and the beautiful views. The condo was nicely decorated with a comfy bed, nice shower, and stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to enjoy some quiet down time!

This worked out very well for our recent stay in the Austin area. Close enough to the city, but also far enough away. We got to experience the quiet of the country. So nice to drive into the neighborhood and watch all the tame deer, coming up to the car expecting treats. We enjoyed the pool, which never got crowded. This place has convenient parking, quiet neighbors, and a quaint nearby town. The room itself had everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. A+

We've spent 3 nights in this place. Overall can't complain. My only issues were very uncomfortable pillows. Very low and the poly filler inside was all crumbled. Even doubling the pillows didn't help. Another thing that disappointed me was that there were no extra sheets for the bedsofa, so me and my teenage son had to sleep together on a full size bed. And he's 5.9 . The pan for frying eggs was burned so we've ended up with boiled eggs for breakfast. Fortunately they had enough towels, but keep in mind we're just 2 people. If I'm to come back to that place again there better be some extra sheets and proper pillows.

Totally Relaxing

I enjoyed my stay completely. The place was neat and clean. The manager was very responsive to any question I had. It as easy to find and very relaxing. I enjoyed walking around the property early morning and late evening when it's very quiet. I loved taking pictures of the sunset/sunrise and the deer. I enjoyed sitting outside at night watching the starry night sky. The condo was the perfect size for me and very convenient to my sister's home. Thank you very much for a relaxing time in Lago Vista.
