We just bought this property so we could enjoy all the things that have made Austin an international draw. We are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. You will appreciate that the building is close to everything, but far enough away to allow guests some cozy peace and quiet after enjoying the sites, music, food, and contagious energy of Austin.



Guests will have the entire place to themselves. The condo hastwo bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen) andtwo full-baths plus a kitchen, dining room, and living room with alarge sectional. Also a private back patio for relaxing evenings and morning coffee.I've tried to think of everything a guest might need in the kitchen including coffee pots, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, wine glasses, etc. The living room has lots of comfy pillows and blankets.I try to treat you like a personal guest --- which you are!

Paid Netflix, Hulu Live, and Curiosity Stream subscriptions on all 3 TVs. Hulu Live provides "cable" broadcasts as well as regular Hulu streaming.

This is a new listing for me, but I would urge you to look at my reviews for my other condos in Jackson Hole, WY, Frisco Colorado (near Breckenridge),and on the FL beaches to get a sense of how I like to treat my guests.

It is contactless check-in, but am always available to answer questions or help in any way.

    Enjoyed our stay!

    My family came for a couple of days and this was a great condo! It was very clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet and near Barton/Congress which is nice. I was having difficulties with the lock in the front door (my fault was not flipping it correctly) and Michaell was kind to do his best to help me out despite it being a little late. Very much recommend. If I had to give one critique is to have more bath towels out! We were a family of 5 staying for two nights so more towels would have been nice.

    Excellent condo in S. Austin!

    The condo was a perfect match for us - my wife and I and 28 y.o. daughter who were there for a wedding. The location is perfect for all the Dripping Springs venues, has easy access from/to the airport, and also easy to head south and west for wineries and Hill Country drives. Some nice coffee and local breakfast/dining (not fast food) options are also within a 3 minute drive. Clean and spacious condo, w two full baths was more than enough space for us. Well furnished kitchen and great wifi. Secure and quiet condo complex. We would love to stay there again!

    My new go-to spot in Austin

    Loved the condo! The pictures don't do it justice. It was very comfortable with great towels, sheets & blankets and comfy, plush furniture but also had lots of Austin quirks like the Austin sign, the sasquatch and the bats on the wall! Communication with Jessica was easy. She made check in and check out easy and sent all the info we needed right when we needed it. Best part though is the location. The condo is in a nice building on a hilly, tree-lined, safe street with a neighborhood feel but it is also located right in between South Lamar and South Congress! You are so close to everything, yet also in a quiet little neighborhood. Loved everything about it. I will definitely make this my go-to spot in Austin for a ton of reasons
