The guest will have access to the whole unit, including the full bathroom, compact kitchen, and king bed. The yard is shared with the tenants in the other unit. 1 parking slot is available in the driveway per unit as long as you do not block the garage bays. You can have access to the full yard and grill if you book both units.

⭐Mary Quinlan Park: Just 1.5 miles from the property, about a 5-minute drive. Walking is possible but will take around 30 minutes, so driving is the better option for convenience. Perfect for a lakeside picnic, kayaking, or a quiet nature escape.



⭐ Ski Shores Cafe: A local favorite located about 3 miles away—roughly a 10-minute drive. Walking isn’t ideal due to the distance, but this lakeside gem is worth the trip for burgers, tacos, and live music.



⭐ The Oasis on Lake Travis: Around 10 miles away or a 20-minute drive, this iconic spot offers stunning sunset views over Lake Travis. Driving is the best way to enjoy this experience.
