Upstairs, 2 more bedrooms - one king, one with 2 queens - and a shared full bath. Every unit has its own washer and dryer.

East 6th and Manor Road are both close for bars, coffee, and whatever else the group is into.

Please note: the backyards are not fully fenced in - do not let your pet off-leash as they can escape.



This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
