"We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. "

"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"

"What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! "

"Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. Sitting on the porch and in the living room looking out across the lake was perfect. And lots of cornhole games on the front porch. Perfect stay for...

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"Our stay was exactly what my sisters and I needed. The cottage was clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing experience. The view from the sleeping porch was so pretty and peaceful. "

"The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations."

"This is a beautiful and reasonably priced vacation for any couple looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a clean, small one bedroom cottage with a lovely view of Seneca lake. Maryanne thinks of everything when you arrive with a full kitchen and all the info you need to find local eateries, wineries and excursions. We would definitely stay again. 10 of 10."

"This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two couples, two dogs, and an infant! Plenty of space inside, clean, and comfortable. The deck is particularly special! We made good use of the fire pit as well. It's location is fantastic: right on the lake, 30-ish minutes from Ithaca, and close to some amazing hikes, wineries, breweries, cider houses, etc. The owners provided excellent information and were very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

"We were there for a half marathon in Montour Falls. We enjoyed hiking at Watkins Glen State Park as well as walking and eating in town. We both love nature and forest. The yurt was delightful and felt like cabins we stayed in as children. Thank You for a peaceful stay. "

"Lovely little cottage right on Seneca Lake. Wonderful sun rises! Host was accessible, attentive to detail, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. On check in the house was well lit with soft music playing to welcome us. I especially liked the little tea cups and books left on the beds. Home and property were well-kept and clean and the bed very comfy. Appreciated that I could bring the dogs with me and we all had an excellent, relaxing week. Plenty of birds and squirrels to watch. Clear...

"The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. "
