"This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed. The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I...

"The space was ideal for our family of four and my sister-in-law. I enjoyed a jog around the property, appreciating the marina and ponds. For 12, our family purchased a day pass at the clubhouse with access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout facilities. We love New Bern and this property's quick access to "town" was a perfect fit for our visit."

"David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it!"
