"The B&B was fine, good location, clean beds, etc. The host was responsive. The only thing I did not appreciate is the cleaning people arriving 2 hours before checkout. They started with very loudly cleaning the common areas which was disturbing, as we were hoping to sleep in. But the worst part was when they attempted to open the bedroom door without knocking. Thankfully we had the door locked, but it felt like an invasion of privacy. We didn't get in until almost 11pm so having them arrive at...

"Staying here was an incredible experience! Loris and Ambra are perfect hosts. Loris helped me arrange transportation to and from the hotel - and he carried all of our bags to and from the hotel! Ambra kept us in good food and coffee. We didn't meet Rita, but we ate her delicious cakes. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs! I would give them a higher rating if I could! The room has an incredible view of the waterfront, and the hotel is beautifully placed near the downtown...
