We arrived at the property around 2 to check in, room is not ready yet. This we understand as the check in time is 3 Pm. Then we went out to explore the city and return after 9 PM.
The room is ready, but the lock is broken, and we ask the night staff, he said he knew it but still assign the room to us, do nothing to find another room or replace the lock. For more than 7 hours after we arrived, the hotel didn't do anything to replace the lock, and the night staff is very rude, just ignore our request, we asked other questions, like is there any hot water, he just ignore, rude. Too bad
