"Anne Marie was great and got us a new AC unit when the current one had problems. The unit is close to the lake and there is a boat slip reserved for the unit if you need one. The bungalow is great for two people, but you could have 3 comfortably as there is a trundle. Groceries are close by and try the Sand Bar for a great time. There are also other restaurants close by and a pavilion you can rent for larger groups. All in all great unit for our stay. Would stay again. "

"We had a great stay at this Rustic Hills Retreat lakehouse. The views are absolutely stunning to see from sunrise to sunset and outdoor space is amazing and puts you at peace! My brother enjoyed fishing off the dock. We both enjoyed the pool table inside as well. Overall, we both enjoyed our time here between inside and outdoor space. It was even a perfect spot to travel to Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Coldwater all within about 25 to 40 minutes. We even had a slight issue getting in to the...

"Very satisfied with the accomodations. I am an accomplished bass fisherman. The fishing was disappointing (all catch & release). Of the twenty or so bass I caught, all but one was WELL under 1 lb. Bass pictures seem to be from a while ago. It is as if the DNR stocked the lake with bass fry last spring and now all are around 6" in length. This is not a reflection on your place, but a comment from someone who probably spent 30 hours fishing. We would definitely re-book if there was a decent...

"The area and lake was very peaceful, morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds. Afternoon kayaking and sunbathing on the deck and nights eating dinner on the deck with family or playing games. Kitchen and the living room open with a beautiful view of the lake. Matt has thought of everything you will need including the kayaks which was a great hit with the family. Looking for a quiet but yet close to stores this house is it. Hope to return in the years ahead "
