"Alexandria (front desk clerk) was AMAZING! She was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. She made us feel right at home! Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! We had a great stay here and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Augusta!"

"The room was pretty nice, AC was cold. But they tried to overcharge me at the front desk when I told them I already paid, there was no breakfast in the morning (which is 95% of the reason I booked this hotel), and they would only let us check out a few minutes late if we paid another $40."
