Guests have access to the entire self-contained studio, their covered patio and back lawn, and their parking space in front of the entrance.
Guests are welcome to walk along the paddocks and enjoy the wider lawns down to the ponds. Parents please keep an eye on younger children as the ponds are not fenced and there can be animals in the paddocks and large dogs.
Other things to note
The room is set up for two people with a Queen bed. You may bring a third friend or children, but just be aware that their sleeping arrangements will be a more basic setup (i.e. mattress on the floor).
