Looking for the perfect rental close to Spark Arena? Then you've found it! Welcome to our place - your 'Home away from Home'.

Our home is just a 10 minute walk to Spark Arena and just a few more to Britomart and downtown Auckland. Perfectly situated for The Northern Explorer, which is a few minutes away. You will appreciate the location of this tasteful and comfortable home in the City.

The Space

This light and airy townhouse has been newly renovated and will be a joy to stay in. Situated at the entrance to a no-exit residential street, you will enjoy views of delightful leafy Palm's and Magnolias, seen through the home’s many windows.

- The Living Room features a comfortable corner sofa with ample cushions and throws to relax on. Watch TV whilst you drink your coffee. The heat pump will keep you warm or cool whilst you enjoy this space.

- The Dining space seats 6 and is the hub of the house!

- The Kitchen has a generous fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven, plus kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The drawers & cupboards are well stocked with cutlery, crockery, water & wine glasses and pots & pans.

- The 3 bedrooms all feature Queen size beds that sleep 2 people in each. A pedestal fan & top sheet for the warmer nights and an oil heater & duvet plus a blanket for the cooler ones. You will find a full length mirror in each bedroom & built in wardrobes for ample storage for your stay.

- The upstairs Master is an Ensuite and the 2 ground floor bedrooms share an ensuite individually accessed by each room. Each bathroom has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & air freshener plus towels & bath mats hung on heated rails. There is a hairdryer in both bathrooms.

- The laundry is in the garage, feel free to use the washing machine and dryer.

- The garage will fit one normal size car, though not a large, longer vehicle. There is limited 3 hour free parking within the complex which can also be used for overnight if you are lucky enough to secure a spot. There is street parking on The Strand or adjacent Wilson carpark.

- Check-in/Check out Details: Easy self check-in with a digital smart lock. Check-in after 3pm and check-out by 10am. Before leaving, please take out the rubbish, load the dishwasher and lock the doors. - An early check-in and late check-out may be possible, just ask.

Whilst the location is wonderfully close to town and transport links, do be aware that The Strand is a busy transport route for cars and lorries alike and can be noisy at times. That's City living!
Please note that there are some major roadworks planned for The Strand, just outside our complex from February through until April 2025. This includes night works. I will try to advise if this is scheduled during your stay. Please call the 24hr police noise control line 105 if disturbed.

Great location, close to CBD; less than 10 minutes on the bus which picks up and drops off right outside. Great accommodations, would absolutely stay here again.

All good but we couldn't get the tv to work - it said 'no signal' all the time and the batteries were flat in one of the remotes so we bought new batteries which made no difference. Lovely decor and space.

Excellent location for access to parnell village and harbourfront auckland. No car needed. House is absolutely spotless! Well appointed kitchen and lovely garden. Location is just off a main road and light sleepers may find it noisy. Limited AirCon

Had a wonderful 4 night stay for an event we were attending.Check in process, location, cleanliness and facilities were all great. Highly reccomend.One small suggestion would be to upgrade the TV so that people are able to log in to their own streaming apps.

We had a good stay at Parnell for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious and good for a group as it has three bedrooms all with queen beds. It is close to the centre of the city with both trains and buses five minutes away. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It is on a main road but it is surprisingly very quiet. The owner, Debbie, was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Property amenities excellent. Close to everything we needed for a couple of days. Garage is tight for anything larger than a small SUV. I had an electric mustang SUV which did fit, just. Comfortable spot.

We had a wonderful stay in Parnell at this location. Perfect for four adults, walking distance to everything we needed. The host was wonderful when there were some issues with the property and worked quickly to get them taken care of. Would highly recommend!!!

It was exactly how it was presented on BAB. We were visiting our son who is in his first year at Auckland Uni just 5 minutes away. There was enough space for us all and was clean, tidy, great facilities, and modern. Close to town, uni, and transport links. Perfectly positioned. Already planning the next trip!

This townhouse was perfect for our group, very spacious and it was in a great location to explore Auckland. Nearly everything we wanted to do in the city was walkable from this great location, and the host was very kind and accommodating for us. I highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for something close to the city.

We had one day/night in Auckland and this was perfectly located. New, fresh and clean this was great for our family of 6. Walking distance to great restaurants and the ferry to Waiheke for a day of wine tasting!
