Cosy Cottage

Enjoyed our stay. Amy’s House was the perfect location for our stay in the Clare Valley. Centrally located and the wonderful provisions supplied were great. Would definitely stay again if we come back this way.

Lovely Cottage, great location

Everything you need is there, good starting point to explore the Clare Valley. Walking distance to local pub with great meals, supermarket close by, nice quiet place to spend a few days.

Great country stay

Well equipped, spacious cottage in a lovely quiet location close to everything. Great shower and bed and nice welcoming touches. We didn't need the breakfast provided but it was generous.

Absolute serenity!

What a gem this delightful cottage is. Superbly located - we walked everywhere admiring the glorious gardens. Spotlessly clean - wonderful bird life. Lots of supplies to keep us fed - I cannot recommend this highly enough for a thoroughly relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Great getaway!

Property was very clean, well stocked and a great place to stay whist exploring Clare Valley and all the local wineries. We stayed during a hot spell and the aircon and fans were more than adequate to keep the place at a nice cool temperature. I'll go back during the winter so we can get the chance to enjoy the wood fire.The owners were very prompt in communication and helpful when required.If i was going to be picky I'd say the private area to the side could do with a good jet wash to the chairs and tables, but there were other areas to sit and it didn't detract from our stay.

Disappointing

Great location but unfortunately the cleaning had a lot to be desired. The cottage is a bit dated but with a little TLC it would be a great place. The bed was very hard so unfortunately we left a day earlier than originally booked.

25th wedding anniversary

The perfect cottage in the most beautiful place on earth. The little touches like flowers and candles were lovely and the bacon and eggs went down a treat. Sitting out the front looking at the beautiful garden was divine. The fact that we could take our four legged friend was even better. Thank you for an amazing few days. Will be back!!

Quaint cottage

A lovely little cottage however a few touches were poor, for example a fee of $15 to use the firewood, a cleaning fee for the bbq and a fee if you did not vacuum the cottage before departure, all a bit over the top!

Auburn is a delightful place to stay

Amy’s Place is in a lovely location, walking distance to the Main Street that has a supermarket, petrol station, pub, restaurant, cafe, cute shops and The Riesling Trail is almost on your doorstep and it is around 20 minutes to drive to Clare. The cottage we stayed in had a ‘Tuscan Kitchen’ which has a Microwave/Convection oven that works very well. The bedroom has a hard mattress, the bathroom has a fantastic rain shower and lovely spa bath. Having access to a shared laundry was nice.

Clean and in a good location

This property is clean and in a location that is walking distance to Auburn cellar doors and pub. This property has no cooling or heating in the bedrooms. We arrived on an extremely hot day and were disappointed to discover there was no cooling for the bedrooms. Thank you to Cory who looks after the properties for arranging to bring in a portable water cooler that cooled the main bedroom down.

Lovely cosy cottage

Had a little difficulty finding the property, but the cottage was perfect for our overnight stay. With the fire going it had a very cosy ambience and the breakfast provisions were awesome 👌
