"Wow, this place is seriously the best! I drove a whopping 7 hours from my hometown to Washington for a birthday getaway, and check-in is usually at 3 p.m., but since I got there early, I figured they’d just make me wait until check-in time . And guess what? They gave me a room right away! While I was there, the heat went out, but I just called the front desk, and they called maintenance right away to fix it. This is what great customer service is all about! I’d totally recommend this place if...

He is unfailingly courteous kind and always looking to help his clients. Richard goes above and beyond his duties to be helpful. We were so happy that he was still here after our many stays at Embassy Suites. "

"The room had the smell of smoke in the room and incense and cigarette burns all over the room. The bathroom was in terrible shape. I had to keep my shoes on in the bathroom and in the bathtub because it was in terrible shape. I left last night I didn’t even stay the whole night. "
