apparently you have to call the front desk if you want your room clean.there was no card/channel guide, not even a pen or pencil. There was no information in the room about any restaurants or room service. Which apparently is only on weekends and certain hours.( room service)
I was there over a week and one day I was sick. No room service of course and you can’t order uber eats unless you go outside to meet them. You need to use your room card to use the elevator. Which is a good thing…but it would have been so nice to order something for my stomach. There are also no microwaves in the room. I also had a do not disturb sign on my door and I went to the ice machine and noticed a few rooms down stole my dnd sign. I knew it was mine because it was ripped and folded just like mine. Everything was clean and the beds are firm. Oh and you have to pay to park in the parking garage..every time you go out. Not trying to really complain but for over 2 grand staying there for 9 days.. would have been nice to even have a map/diagram for where everything is in the hotel. The building is massive and very confusing.lol. The beach and the boardwalk was worth it all 🍀❤️
