Enjoy the patio seating adjacent to the unit with friends and family and take great pictures with the beautiful lights. When you are ready to take on the day, you can relax your mind knowing that you will never run out of things to do. The home is conveniently located to some amazing sights in surrounding cities and the capital city of Atlanta. Your drives should never be longer than 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood does look rough in some areas. I wouldn't recommend walking by yourself at night but it is super quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. I have never had any issues with crime or danger. The home is equipped with security cameras and deadbolts for your safety and security that should put your mind at ease for a goodnights rest after a long eventful day.

The ADT security system command center located on the wall inside the home, does not have any audio or video recording devices on it.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool mentioned is a community pool associated with Mozley Park historical neighborhood. This pool is a 3 to 5 mins walk for our home and/or a 1 mins drive away.

NOTE: There is a lovely dog park at Mozley Park for the dog lovers in all of us! If you are planning on having a pet in our home, there is a $150 pet fee that is required.

This is a revitalized neighborhood but extra safe. Please don't be alarmed by a few vacant properties in the area, as they have been purchased by local developers and as in the process of getting renovated. Also the city of Atlanta recently renovated Mozley park which is a 1 min drive from the property. Our home is surrounded by nature, natural sunlight and lots of love.

Absolutely NO smoking or eating the bedrooms. If you need to smoke, we have a patio where you can smoke there. This space is a smart home. It has outdoor security camera's but at the front with a Smart Door cam and outdoor camera over the patio area. Those are pointing to outside areas and are going to be active during your stay for security purposes
