"Someone entered our room in the middle of the night! They claimed to be housekeeping - it was midnight! We told staff when we checked out and they said a manager would call me. No one has called. The only complaint is the king sized bed needs to be changed. It is very squeaky and loud. I paid an additional 10/day fee to park in the neighboring building’s public parking garage. Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there.
