My house is located in the heart of Athens. The famous Monastiraki and Psyri areas are most known for their bars, restaurants, flea market and of course shopping. Enjoy your time in Athens living in a historical traditional house.



Ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood in the center of Athens. It is fully furnished and equipped. This elegant apartment is 5 minutes walking from the Syntagma Square and Monastiraki where is the very popular flea market. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, toaster, nespresso. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



There is also laundry machine and dryer in a separate room on the top of the building. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Finally for those who wants to stay fit even in their vacations there is a treadmill.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 80 meters away.



The apartment is very close to Greek traditional tavernas, pharmacies, banks and any kind shops. The nearest beach is 8 km away.

Perfect location and host was very helpful and prompt in communicating. He arranged transportation to and from the airport and responded quickly to our questions. Restaurants and markets are right around the corner and historic sites within 20- 30 minute walk. This is an older unit but very quiet and comfortable.

Location, location, location! This property was perfect! The host was very responsive and a great communicator. Clean, secure, comfortable and the perfect location. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Parliament, shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, markets and lounges. The property has access to a washer and dryer which was very useful during our stay. Plenty of space inside the property to spread out (we were on an extended trip in Grrece) and this was very accommodating for all our luggage and items. Kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Large space in a very convenient place. Not noisy yet in the middle of alot of shops and restaurants. The owners were so nice. They gave us food and responded to concerns. We were able to clean all our clothes. Cooking is hot plate and microwave. Not a full kitchen. Electrical appliances but not what we are used to like a grill instead of a toaster. But we figured it out. Taxi provided by property manager was on time and good. Good Ac and water pressure.

The location is excellent. There are a variety of restaurants and shops just meters away. We felt safe walking at night. The apartment itself is spacious and the hosts were always available if I needed something.

This is essentially a studio flat with a double bed and a sofa bed and kitchen all in one room. Also a treadmill and a large desk! I was expecting a one bedroom flat with a separate kitchen and living room! It's in a great location so you can walk everywhere, to all the main sites. It's a fantastic location for restaurants, cafes and night life and yet is very quiet as it's located on a side street. The beds are comfortable. You do not pay through VRBO but directly to George's property management company MENO. I was very confused about this as VRBO are always saying not to pay directly to property owners. I very highly recommend George if you need a taxi. DO NOT take a taxi from the airport to the property. We paid 4 times over what we should have paid because the taxi man said the card machine hadn't worked. It should be about 50euros. George arranged several taxis for us after this scam and was always very helpful, so do consider his other services. Thank you George!

This the place to stay

This place was fantastic. The location was awesome. Walking distance to everything. It was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. If you are visiting Athen, this is the place to stay. Also, they helped arrange pick up from the airport. They were extremely accommodating and responsive. I am certain we will stay there again.

Location, location, location

We did not come to Athens to sit around an apartment. This property is essentially a studio apartment, ideal for one or two people. It's not fancy, but it is comfortable. The owners, Aphrodite and Manos, live upstairs and are some of the kindest and most generous people I've ever known. They invited us to dinner twice and brought us coffee and juice. But what makes the apartment fabulous is the location--in the area of Psirri. No exaggeration here--within the warren of walking streets that begins about 1/2 block from the apartment, one can find at least 70 restaurants. The food is great and at night, the streets are alive with people enjoying their dinner, which in Athens typically begins at 22:00. Everyone we met was so friendly that it was truly hard to leave and if we go back, we will do our best to get into this apartment again. George the VrBo host communicates essential information readily and is a warm and kind person. He really helped make our stay great; check in was easy and arranged for transportation from and to the airport for us. Definitely want to return and enjoy the friendships we've made there!

Go South

We made the mistake of not thoroughly checking out the area before wandering. North was definitely not the way to go. We did not feel safe walking in the area, even though we ended up at the National Archaeological Museum. South felt much safer and quickly found the Acropolis, shopping, restaurants, etc…Our accommodations were lovely and a great start to our Greek vacation.

Psyri Paradise

The unit was located in the district of Psyri surrounded by incredible restaurants & close to shops, metro, & historic sites. Our host George made all the arrangements from transportation to check in/out as easy & comfortable as one could wish for. Shout out to our driver Mr Panos was made himself available at anytime to transport us anywhere/when we wanted. The entire team @ Menos Properties did an outstanding job & we would highly recommend this unit & the property management company to anyone.

Heart of Athens

The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, cozy, basically a spacious, extended studio and well equipped for our 5 night stay. Communication was prompt and clear and we were met in person at the property. The location is perfect for walking to the major historic sites, and metro stops are nearby for reaching other areas. The neighborhood is filled with cafes and shops, which were bustling on the weekends, but the apartment is on a small side street and was very quiet. Definitely recommended.

Great location in Atkins near many restaurants, very safe area. Had great communication with the property manager. He hooked us up with a ride to the property, but Uber is available over there. Overall, a very good spot and a wonderful location to all the ancient sites

Great place to stay in Athens!

This was an amazing place to stay in Athens! The location was perfect. It was so close to many shops, bars, and restaurants and within walking distance to different sites. The apartment was extremely clean and George, the property manager, was really responsive and helpful. This is such a great place to stay and was perfect for our group of 3!
