"We came at a great time of the year. Very quiet and not too many people here right now. We've enjoyed the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. This place is right next door to the natural hot springs and public swimming pool. There's a cute little farm across the street...this is an awesome place for families as well as couples trying to get away from the hustle and bustle. "

"This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s a calm place to relax but a short walk to the downtown area for dining, wine tasting, etc. Pauline was also very responsive, we asked for a replacement propane tank for the grill and she brought it the same day!For pet owners- the yard is not fenced in so a long leash was helpful to let the dog...

"The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. "Absolutely love everything about our stay! From the location (walking distance to everything youd ever want (including a farmers market); to wonderful house to stay in! It was super clean (I’m a clean freak). It was homey. The owner was super communicative and welcoming. Needless to say we are already planning when we are coming back! "

"We loved our stay here! The property itself was clean, comfy and well-appointed. The host was kind, left some amazing local treats for us and was extremely communicative. Bonus! There are many adorable animals on site, and if you don’t hang out with Helios the horse for a few minutes, you’re really missing out!"

"We visited in June with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We had 4 adult couples and one child. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. We hosted dinners with our extended family and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional. We discovered that the barbecue was not functional, and within a few hours he delivered a brand new one. All of our family enjoyed all of the spaces provided. A beautiful deck area for people that were not able to make it...

"Jon & Melany were amazing hosts! Communcation was very easy with text and responded right away. They provided recommendations of where to eat and shop, which were nearby, if you walked or drove. It's great that access to the beach was nearby. "

"We rented 3 side-by-side cottages for fun and relaxation in the Morro Bay area. The cottages are well-provisioned, easily accommodating three people each. A full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a lovely patio is part of each cottage. Within walking distance are a park, a beach, a small grocery store, several restaurants and shops, and a laundromat. Nearby recreation includes hiking, kayaking, and beaches. These cottages helped to make a great vacation for our family!"
