Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Atami
"食事の時間が二部制で、夕食１.５時間 朝食１時間が、忙しなくて残念だった。 両方共早い時間だった為 「次のお客様が」と言われ、 出てみると次の回の人達が長蛇の列。 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、次回はもっとゆっくり食事出来るところにします。"

Resorpia Atami
"They don't speak English at all. Very frustrating. Bad communication between staff, so messed up dinner reservation and menu. And then charged more money for dinner. There were 3 hidden fees to pay when checking out."

Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
"It was a really nice hotel, the room was great with the in-room bath, the staff were excellent and the meal was delicious. The only issue was the size of the hotel, it was just a bit too big with too many guests to feel like a traditional Ryokan. Breakfast was also really crowded and it didn’t feel ..."
