"Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings."

Had to switch rooms because my air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower and front desk made a big deal about it but eventually got me switched. Beds are very hard pillows are old all in all I won’t ever stay here again."

"Upon arriving, we found that the sheets on the bed were stained within, called the front desk and ask for a new set of sheets. The front desk person asked me to go into the back linen room. He then gave me the linens to remake the bed told me to go make it myself. We went upstairs, so we just wanted to go to bed for the night started to make the bed and realize it’s the sheets that were given to us again we’re also stained at that point we left ended up not staying the rest of our night"

"The TV was out from day one. He had said that it was due to weather, but we never had it at all the entire weekend we were there. The room was somewhat clean. There was some marks on the walls by the bed look like maybe from feet or furniture and the area where you would blow dye your hair that had the mirror for makeup had no electricity going to it so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or put makeup on in that area or comb my hair or anything he said since it was a holiday weekend he wasn’t going...

"First of all, although we decided the night before to go to Iowa City to visit family, I was happy that there was a room available on the Fourth of July. The front desk person was very nice and of course that's very important. The hotel smells of cigarette smoke and It seems to be in the carpet, etc perhaps because of the years when smoking was allowed in the hotel. I reserved two rooms. One for my husband and myself and one for my elderly mother who can not climb stairs. I did ask the gentleman...

"Breakfast nothing great"

"This hotel is nice and reasonably priced. Especially since we booked last minute on the 4th of July. It is a bit outdated and older, but our room was clean and comfy. Everything worked and the room was a great size that gave us space to move around. Would definitely stay again."

"2nd shift lady was great, bartender was great morning front desk mgr was not helpful. Had to move rooms because of a roach found. Gave us small room and was not willing to discount from my original purchase price of original suite booked. Overall stay wasnt horrible minus the bug situation and dealings with morning mgr."
