"We stayed at Dawg Manor while in town for a work conference. The property is in a great location that is convenient to town and has a beautiful view from the back deck. The home was spotless and inviting upon arrival. The host promptly responded and graciously returned an item left behind free of charge. We highly recommend this location and would stay again when we return for future conferences. "

"The home is in great proximity to UGA. The home is large with spacious bedrooms. It's also nice that each bedroom has its own bath. When you have a lot of people, there isn't a concern over lines at the bathroom. There's also a large parking pad. We were able to fit 4 medium to large sized SUVs with some room to spare. The owner was easily accessible and very pleasant. We will definitely visit again! "

"One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. "Wow doesn’t even cover it. The owner greeted us when we arrived. She was absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is stunningly beautiful.
