"Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. But in all seriousness,...

"15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation."

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! "

"OPENして１週間しか経ってなかった（らしい）こともあり、部屋は驚くほど広く清潔で、インテリアや内装が全てセンスよくとても快適に過ごせました。我々以外のお客さんは全員外国人でした。 ３人家族（子供は４歳）なのに、３ベッドルーム（２バスルーム）の部屋を予約してしまっていたようで、結局一部屋しか使わず勿体無かった・・・笑 TVは民放が入らずnetflixのみでしたが我が家は全くもんだなく楽しく過ごせました。 キッチンは、非常に大きく使い勝手がよく、食器類、カトラリ類、クッカー類（フライパンや鍋など）も全て清潔でセンスのよいおしゃれなものが揃っています。食洗機も冷蔵庫も揃っています。 大人数で利用するには非常に良い宿泊先だと思います"
