贅沢な設備ではありませんが、お掃除が行き届いており、無駄な接客は省いて大切なところに重点を置くことに配慮をされているように感じました。 朝ご飯は洋食と和食を選ぶスタイル（一部ビュッフェ）で、お炊事の方が温かく対応してくださり、おかげさまで元気が出る朝を迎えられました。 あり がとうございました。

客室は清潔でした。ただお風呂に水を張ったとき少し汚く感じました。

Holiday Inn Resort Kuroyon by IHG
The staff were very responsive and friendly. The hotel was also very warm and inviting - they lit the fireplace on some nights and there were fun amenities in the lobby like hammocks and a foosball table. My 9 year old daughter loved the kid's club and was there before dinner everyday. My husband ...

Bell Cottage Village
宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。 しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。 共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。 また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。 古いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。

Condominium Hakuba Goryu
We loved our stay here. Shuto and Yuya were excellent hosts. This place definitely gives off hostel/community vibes however you get the comfort of your own room. Convenient location. It’s hard to get around town if you don’t have a car but there are a few shuttles running throughout the day.
