"Everything is as advertised great place close to everything"

"Host was incredibly helpful as we navigated the immense damage due to Hurricane Helene. He was great about moving our dates forward and put us in a bigger house due to the original house still needing repair. Mike and his property manager Cara are excellent. Great team. They were quick to fix things and wanted feedback so they could continue to recover from the damage. Asheville needs tourists and they are open! We had a wonderful weekend strolling downtown and visiting the Grove Park Inn....

"Charming, private cabin on a mountainside yet close to local attractions. We were greeted by wood thrush song and a bear sighting! The high back porch was the perfect spot for coffee, birdwatching, or a good book. Comfy bed, separate lower level we didn’t use also has outdoor access. Great spot!"

"Just a short one night stay, but the view is tremendous. Walkable distance to tons of nice restaurants and cool bars, patios, etc. Check in and out was a breeze. Would stay again for the view alone. "

"We were well located to the downtown area of Asheville, no more than a 5 minute walk to reach some very worthwhile coffeeshops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable for our group of seven and the beds were clean and soft. I enjoyed the apartment; my highlight being the bathrooms, they felt like a luxury spa bathroom. "

"Everything was flawless! The unit is exactly as described, plus quaint and cute. It has everything one needs to be comfortable and to enjoy the serenity of the gorgeous views! It's located so close to Ashville, Black mountain, and other smaller towns to walk, eat, and enjoy. There are 2 unexpected bonuses here...George is a super wonderful person, just a great guy! And the bear sightings! We enjoyed our stay tremendously! We will be back!"

"We loved every second of our stay in Asheville and we really enjoyed this home and every single thoughtful detail. It’s cozy but has everything you may need, apart from a washer and dryer which we did not need while we were there. Camille was available for any questions.
