"Great location for a leisurely stay in Asheville. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer very convenient. Easy access to several restaurants and coffee shops, food co-op for groceries, breweries. Parking included. The hosts were amazing, before and during. Very good communication! Check in and check out super simple! We had a great time here. "

"Perfect family vacation! Unit is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The two king beds are great. Plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved the location. Biltmore Village is still rebuilding, but there were three excellent restaurants within walking distance. The owner is is very responsive and helpful if you have questions. We were sorry to leave!"

"Our family had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. We appreciate historic properties, and this gorgeous old Tudor provided lots of enjoyment for all of us. With an old house comes things like bedrooms without closets and sometimes journeying to a bathroom in another part of the house, but we managed all those things in a spirit of cooperation. The outdoor spaces are wonderful with gathering places and also tucked away places for the introverts to get away. Bill is a communicative and attentive...
