Kimpton Hotel Arras by IHG
"This was 1 of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This hotel has no insulation or sound proofing on the windows or walls in between rooms. We heard very loud cars & motorcycles out on the streets below until almost 1am and could hear (very clearly) the family, small kids & dog in the next ..."
