"Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation."

"Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. "

"If you are going to Stansted I would highly recommend staying at another hotel as there are cheaper ones in the area and this one is not worth the price. Why? The staff. Whilst the room is a nice size with a nice bed the staff are the reason not to stay. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. "Room was spacious, lovely freestanding bath, large shower room, comfy bed but would have liked feather pillow choice. Room clean but dust in places especially breakfast room fireplace and not open on a sunday evening. Had pancakes for breakfast 1st morning, beautiful crepes & hot runny syrup, ordered the 2nd day and got thick undercooked American pancakes with thick syrup, left unimpressed. "
