"Had an excellent stay here! The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right near the cathedral. Room was clean and had what I needed. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Norwich"

"Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow."
