Whilst not "luxurious" by Ritz standards, the room was perfectly adequate, comfortable and very clean with all amenities and highly recommended as a base for visiting relatives and the surrounding area. "A last minute event meant the we needed somewhere to stay so we decided to treat ourselves to Dinner Bed & Breakfast at the White Lion. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the staff were welcoming though we only go directions to our room as the lad needed to get back to the bar. The room was lovely, generally well appointed. We met my sister in law and her husband for dinner and the food was tea good, nicely presented and delicious too. A great seasonal menu, too full to have dessert. The bed...

"The Staff were amazing. Looked after me so well. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a bit dated but very clean. Price was good."

"Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow."
