"I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also. "

Only a 15 minute shuttle ride from the heart of Bellagio and the ferry which you can take to Varenna, Menaggio, and other wonderful spots around the lake. "Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay....
