"We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding."

"This home is new and very comfortable and is as the pictures describe. The bedrooms are upstairs and it was fine for our 86 and 88 year olds with us.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Check in and communication could not have been any easier. So much attention to detail! Books and games and toys for our kids were set out. Pool toys and towels were set out for us. The hot tub heated quickly and the set up of the pool was perfect for lounging and playing with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked- we had everything we needed!! We will most definitely be back! "

"We were at the property for one night only. House was clean and comfortable. Back yard was nicely landscaped. Kitchen had high end appliances (eg. coffee pot, toaster, air fryer combo oven), but plates, utensils, glassware and pots were lacking. Located in quiet neighborhood. "

"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

"Quaint cabin nestled amid the pines-a nature-lover's dream come true. Went to bed admiring the starry night and woke up to the sounds of birds chirping, then headed out on a different hike each day.
