"Overall the entire experience was excellent.The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better."

"We absolutely loved our 2 night stay in the caboose. It was clean and spotless inside with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. There was a lot of rail traffic both day and night which is great if you are a railfan like me. We would absolutely stay here again should we ever visit Tehachapi in the future"

"This is our second time going for Labor Day weekend. This cabin is a great place to stay. You feel like you are away from the city but it's only a 90 minute drive. The cabin has all that you need to enjoy a weekend in the woods... and a little bit of swimming. "

"This property met every need our family had during our extended stay. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and carefully presented for our convenience; and the grounds were lovely and well-maintained. Other than a family across the driveway moving out one day, we rarely heard neighbors. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, and we felt quite "at home." The added bonus of the clean pool made for some happy family members. Our host, Gustavo, was friendly, helpful and very accessible and responsive....

"Spectacular place very close to town center but still tucked up in the woods. Super clean a cool vibe there. Great accommodating and friendly communication w host. It was a perfect getaway for our 36th anniversary. We will be back!! "

"This was hands down one of the best vacation rentals that we have gotten. There was so much room and had great amenities. The kids pretty much lived in the pool. The misters outside were great for cooling off. The game room was a huge hit. The house was very well supplied, had all your basic kitchen items, the bathroom were clean and had your basic little toothpaste to get you started, each room had their own set of towel for the stay! I was very impressed with this house and the owner! Well...

"I stayed here with my mom aunt and husband for one night. This is a very comfortable place to crash the night and better than a hotel. We watched movies at the living room and the house it’s well equipped with a a/c unit since outside was supper hot. The house is gated and The two bathrooms were equipped with towels liquid soap and shampoo. Loved the cold water inside the fridge. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again ."

"I spent the weekend in Bakersfield with family and had a great time at the Hacienda! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking items and there were enough spaces in the house that I could escape the noise of loud talkers. ;)Lori was incredibly responsive and kindly left snacks for arrival.There was a lot of street parking and a grocery store less than 10 min away."

"Beautiful home with large rooms accommodating our multi-generational family. The bottom bedroom was easy for our parents, and the pool with the large shallow end was great for kids. The owner was communicative and very accommodating- we would absolutely stay there again!"
