"Nice having shuttle to SeaTAC."

"The property should NOT be rated as a 9.2 establishment. It is very old and needs to be refreshed badly. The lobby and rooms look like it is over 25 years old and not kept up. I would not call the room dirty, just very old. On the positive side, its location is very close to the airport and the hotel shuttle bus does a great job ferrying guests to and from the hotel to the airport. That being said, it is unlikely that my wife and I would ever stay there again. A rating of 79 is probably a...

"The A/C did not work in the room. The internet was non existent. I had to take my laptop to the lobby to access wifi, the wifi did not work in the room. The hotel provides free shuttle, I reserved the shuttle and was told, it was not running. There was a lady in the lobby taking reservations for $20, no receipt. This was clearly a scam. This hotel owes me the uber cost to the airport. So, no wifi in the room, A/C did not work, and no shuttle available."

They kept our security deposit due to my daughter starting her period and having a little blood on the towels so we let that one go however this last time we rented two rooms I asked them if they had any special mats to lay down as one of my daughters still pees the bed, and they said no, not to worry...

"I was charged a full month ahead of the actual date despite being informed by Expedia it was a reservation with pay on arrival. The excessively high room rate of $375 for a standard double room for one night did not even include breakfast. This looks like price gouging with the World Cup in town later in the week. I will not stay at a Radisson Hotel again and tell others to avoid this hotel company."

"I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel is a bit of a drive to restaurants and gas so when traveling this is not a great location. The large number of trains and auto traffic at night made it difficult to sustain sleep even with ear plugs. Bed comfortable, room was clean."

"Our flight arrival was late in the night and the car rental was closed by the time we got in. I’m glad that we spent the night over to get a fresh start. It was my first time in the Hilton Garden Hotel which I usually stay at DoubleTree. From the pick up, checking in, delicious breakfast and checking out, I highly recommend this place. The hotel staff is amazing! If I ever have to stay in Sea-Tac again, I’ll be booking my next stop in at the Hilton Garden Hotel which is not far from airport...
