"I’d like to start with wow! When I first walked in what I immediately noticed was this amazingly gorgeous furniture and impeccably clean house! No detail has been left out. "This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall...

"Felt like home! This was one of the greatest vacation homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. This place truly felt like home! It has more amenities than anyone could ask for. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and hosting your family fully stocked bathrooms Incase you forgot to pack something. "The house was very clean and organized. Everything was accessible, organized, and well stocked. Jill and Jerry provided everything that we could need. Our stay was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed both porches throughout our visit."

"The cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you need is here. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. "

"Check in was great and easy! The kitchen was great filled with everything that you needed! Living space was very specious. We had our 3 children and they enjoyed the pool area! Everyone loved the dog and the family was absolutely great! Definitely recommend and hopefully we are able to visit again! "

"Everything was better than expected. The house was immaculate. The location was perfect. It’s at the end of a road with plenty of greenery around. We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again ourselves. "

"We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. "

"Cute little cabin. Very clean. Great bath and bed supplies. Great communication with owner. Minor mishap with check in - lock malfunction. Loved the seclusion. Can’t beat morning coffee with a red tail hawk and nightly campfire listening to tree frogs!"

"Beautiful up the mountain, off grid experience while still having having power and hot water, just amazing. Absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Wished we had more time to enjoy and explore! No issues with check in, kitchen well equipped, internet. Ricky responded quickly and very helpful. Great place for a quiet escape! Definitely recommend! 10/10!"

"We loved the knotty pine paneling, appreciated the inspiring picture/mottoes on the walls, and a really comfy bed. Cumberland Falls, Pine Mountain State Park, and the Cumberland Gap National Park were conveniently nearby. Everything in the kitchen worked (and we prepared significant meals there!) [Did not use Wi-Fi or TV — we came to get away]"

"I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again."
