The stylish and comfortably furnished finca is surrounded by 4 terraces. From the property (about 3000m²) you will have a stunning view of the sea and the Bay of Alcudia. A Mediterranean palm garden with almond, olive, lemon and orange trees invite you to have rest and relaxation. In the house you will find a new kitchen with all required devices (including an oven, dishwasher), large living and dining area, bathroom and WC, 2 bedrooms (one of which has a terrace and a view of the pool and the sea).

Traumhafter Garten mit Pool

Wir waren mit zwei Familien und kleinen Kindern in der schönen Finca. Man merkte sofort dass in dem Anwesen sehr viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Ein toller gepflegter Garten mit wunderschönen Palmen, Blumen und Früchten, die wir naschen durften. Man findet überall schöne Ecken zum Verweilen, ob Terrasse, am Pool oder am Grillplatz. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Pool den wir täglich, auch in den Abendstunden (beleuchtet!) nutzten. Was die Finca besonders macht, ist auch der Ausblick nach Westen auf die Bucht von Alcudia, so dass wir jeden Abend den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Deceiving DESCRIPTION as only two bedrooms are available.

Exterior of the home is amazing with beautiful landscape and great pool. This home is located a little way out in a really quiet town for those who want the tranquility. 5 minutes to the beach with two nice restaurants overlooking the ocean. When we arrived at the home the housekeeper showed us to 2 bedrooms and said the third room was not available even though we had booked a home with 3 bedrooms advertised. After the caretaker seeing my disabled sister and arguing about the need to open the third bedroom they finally did. Bedroom was not ready or clean. Second day there the tv lost signal and found the fans not to work in one of the front bedrooms. We asked for two fans and television to be fixed. The housekeeper said the owner had said no to our request so we called Vrbo each day to report the same issue. Each day we asked for tv to be fixed and two days left out of 8 finally got it working. We were so hot that we opened the patio doors and got bit really bad with mosquitos at night. Hot all day in the home which was very uncomfortable so every day we were out of the home sight seeing after breakfast and home for bed. We placed two croissants on the kitchen island ready for breakfast the next day and founds hundreds of tiny ants in the bag. There was however lots of bug spray under the sink. Each day we saw bugs in the kitchen. I would recommend pest control. Upon arrival we were asked for a substantial amount of money for common services and we were told we had to pay for our electricity used. We were a little taken back as it was not stated in the VRBO site.. Vrbo stated that we did not have to pay it if its not put on the platform. Owner lives on the property in the guest house as a black car was coming and going each day. Could of addressed these issues earlier. Pool is beautiful and clean. Location is pretty with a great view of the ocean and town but i think the owner needs to be more considerate on the needs of her guests.

Beautiful Finca... Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Finca Buena Vista. The property is just as advertised and just as beautiful as the pictures. Renate was there to meet us when we arrived and helped to orient us to the property and to the area. A perfect host. We still exchange emails with her. The village of Colonia de Sant Pere is charming. It is so close but the Finca is very private and quiet. The pool and grounds are in perfect shape and the sunsets from the patio are just amazing. There are many good restaurants in Colonia de Sant Pere, more than we expected. There are a number of nice beaches close by and plenty of hiking trails. The town of Arta is only a few kilometers away and the Tuesday morning market is worth the effort. Don't miss a drive to Cap Formentor! All in all the perfect combination of relaxation and sightseeing with fantastic meals. We speak very little Spanish and no German but had no trouble navigating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a blast and are looking forward to our next visit.

Hoog gespannen verwachtingen zijn vervuld

Meestal zijn de foto's op internet een stuk mooier dan de realiteit. Dat was hier tot ons genoegen niet het geval ! Het huis was prachtig, lag op een hele mooie plek, heerlijk rustig met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een bijzonder mooie tuin en een fijn zwembad. De eigenaresse Renate zorgt voor uitstekende informatie vooraf en was ook ter plekke om ons nog even te ontmoeten. Het geheel is niet goedkoop, maar zeker value for money. Kortom : een aanrader !
