"Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "

"We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! "The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. "Stay was great. Only issue is that there are to many levels of contacts to know if I'm talking to somebody that can help. Also when clicking on the "directions" in hotels.com it sent me to the wrong address. The person I reached out to was very helpful and sent me the correct information via text."

"I did a last minute reservation, everyone was helpful in the lobby and thru the phone they went as far helping me find the parking area,10/10 experience I will definitely book with them more then once!!!! Super professional I loved it"
