"The breakfast was excellent. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The quality of the beds and furniture was very good. I would definitely stay again. Parking on site was $30/night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was very well kept. Great experience o stall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"I loved my Jr Suite, but I found a pair of dirty underpants in the closet as I was putting my clothes up for a three-day conference. The staff at the front desk were apologetic, so I offered to share the picture with them. I disposed of the underpants. I tried to order breakfast for my last morning at 12 midnight but it was suggested I wait til morning as I'd be picking it up on my way out to the Capitol. "Very helpful and accommodating staff, from guiding us to our room to dealing with our clunky U-Haul without batting an eye to giving us late checkout without a hitch and then extending our stay an extra day because we didn’t want to leave the crackling lobby fire and cozy vibe. "

"Everything was exceptional as usual. Staff knew our names, CUT was excellent. Downside is the pool needed cleaning/chemicals and the heater was broken. The pool is a major selling point for us so it was a bit of a let down. We will be back again but will check on the status of the pool first. Staff is excellent, always have gifts for the kids and delicious baked goods in our room. Highly recommend for families."

"I really liked that Sonesta was perfect for my needs, clean, and easy to navigate. Directions were straight forward and easily accessible for Uber. There was a transit bus/stop right across the street, however, we didn't use public transport. "The location was nice, and the room worked out ok. It’s definitely not very sound proof though. I was staying on the bottom floor, and I heard the people above me. They weren’t being excessively loud. It was just normal talking, but I could hear them. "
