La chambre est légèrement vétuste , le mobilier est à changer notamment le meuble de la machine à café qui a des grosses marques d’usures et à du prendre l’eau , la porte de la douche est aussi toute orange sur le bas et la moquette a besoin d’un bon coup de nettoyage. Absolutely amazing. One of my best stays yet. Everything was on point. Maria, the event coordinator, and Valentina at the front desk were definitely standouts. Highly recommended hotel.

The room was spotles and the location was the best in town being less than a minute away from the clock tower. The staff was courteous and professional as always and i have no shame to that Cindy & Richard are amongst my favorite people in Cartagena. I can't wait to go back!

The view was absolutely amazing the room was nice clean and cozy and the staff were helpful and friendly not a lot of them spoke English so when you go do brush up on your Spanish
