"客室内全体的に清潔感があり、かつ浴室のシャワー室に入浴槽まであり、使用日直前の申し込みでお得感がわきした。某大国のシャワー室は狭く足元の排水が不十分なホテルが多いので 貴ホテルは気持ちよくシャワーを浴びられ、給湯も十分でした。 寝具類も清潔感がありました。　　春とは言えない寒い日もあるので高層階は すこし夜分に寒く感じて室内コントローラの温度上げ調整が私にはうまくいかなかった。 室案内書には項目がありましたがよく読まずですみません。 翌日に目的施設の地理案内を尋ねたところ、PC地図を作成してくださり感謝でした。"

"一人旅にてこちらのホテルを利用しました。 駅から徒歩10分位の場所で、行く途中に沢山コンビニもあるので、買い物も出来ます。 チェックインもスムーズです 部屋には広すぎず、ベッドはセミダブルで快適でした。 テレビが近かったのとライトが黄色で見づらかったのでマイナス1です。 このホテルで一番素晴らしかったのは、朝食ヴュッフェです。 身体に良さそうなメニューが沢山ありました。青汁もあり、ヨーグルトもシャバシャバしてなく、チアシードもありました。 和食もありパンもありました。 自分はパンを頂きましたが特にクロワッサンは美味しいかったです。 種類も豊富でサラダは生ハム付きで豪華です。 初めてパクチーも食べられたし、本当良かったです。 入口にいた男の方がとても元気で大きな声で挨拶をしていました。 本当に大きい声で、宿泊者に元気を与えているように感じました。 朝のどんよりした気持ちがシャキ！となりました。 また、利用したいホテルの一つになりました。"

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. "Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel.
