"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. "The place was sparkling clean. The staff very helpful and the breakfast delicious. The restaurant doesn't have too many options but the food was good but on expensive side though. However, restaurant is a good option in case you are too tired too look around for diner options. The position of thr hotel was ok and many taxi drivers new the place by name."

"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel.
