"The hotel was very close to the Tokyo Int'l Cruise Terminal, and was connected to a train/subway line. A lot of hotel information was only available by QR Code - it would have been better for less-savvy people if there were links to a website for restaurant hours, etc. Also, much of the information was in Japanese only; more English would be preferable for the international traveller. The Lobby Cafe closed at 6 or 6:30 pm, which I feel is too early. Otherwise, because of its convenience, and...

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"I was very surprised at the quality of the property. It is in major need of a renovation. Pretty much all the doors on our floor (11th) were very dirty as well as the base boards. The carpets in the hallway were extremely worn down. Our room also showed significant signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and the view was spectacular"
