"El apartamento estaba limpio y la atención de recepción muy buena, hasta nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida para el desayuno. Lo que no me gustó es que el agua caliente de la ducha se iba y venía, y que el grifo del baño no iba muy bien"

"Great stay! Would definitely stay here again. The extra fees (particluarly utlitity fee) at checkin were a little unexpected, but I may have missed that in the booking. We would recommend this place! Be sure to book the beach ahead if time. We wish we would have known that. If the beach is all reserved, we found you can still rent 2 chairs for 47 euro. The beach with the shallow sandbar is not to be missed. Best beach we have ever seen. "

"We were a family of 4 and we were very comfortable in this Residenza. Our room overlooked a lovely and clean swimming pool. As a self catering room, it was super helpful having a large supermarket just below the building. Parking was a little bit more challenging as we chose not to pay for private parking, but to find parking on the main road, but we managed. Very close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the historic centre. Would definitely recommend."

"Well equipped villa - although the coffee machine and dishwasher were not functioning (despite the assistance of owner). A/C works very well. Owner should provide better info on how to use équipement at check in (or post on équipement) offer a start basket (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). And provide larger garbage bins - as guests have to carry all to the city. With the luxury of the house, some basics should be provided at first. "Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!"

"We had some really relaxing days in the well equipped and clean house with enough space for our family. Days went by at the beach or just reading a book at the pool or hiking through the nearby Macchia - it‘s definitely worth a visit! The small town Stintino still preserves Italian life. "We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Patrizia. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig in het huis. De omgeving was erg mooi. Er is een heerlijke veranda met goede stoelen bij het huis. Je hebt wel een auto nodig want het ligt vrij afgelegen, maar binnen 10 minuten zit je in de stad."
